HRC VOICE Specialist
The HRC Specialist works as part of a team that provides quality customer service by helping resolve routine and complex HR-related questions, issues and escalations. Manages escalations that may also include special cases through inbound calls, on-line or written requests coming from a variety of sources, including: Field HR, client managers, employees, or other HRC team members.
In addition, this role provides HR program support, which typically includes: Process maps, designs and improves processes where necessary. Implements and supports human resources corporate programs and policies; analyzing business situations from which answers can be readily obtained; leverages the expertise of people in other organizations to serve all facets of customers' needs; participates in effective change implementation.
Skills:
O Excellent communication skill in Chinese and English
o Strong understanding of business needs or requirements for assigned HR program.
o Applies knowledge of benefits and other human resources-related legislation, for assigned area.
o Demonstrates working knowledge of typical HR services and programs
o Proficient in using CS support tools (Case Management / HRMS Systems, etc.)
o Demonstrates working knowledge of CS work processes (Benefits payments, annual enrollment, retirement, payroll, etc.)
o Ability to handle highly complex issues and bring to successful resolution
o Self-starter and good problem solving skills
o Strong written and oral communication
o Excellent collaboration and teamwork
Experience & Education
Bachelor or Associates degree in addition to two to three years of customer service related and/or human resources-related experience, -or- high school diploma or equivalent and five years customer service and/or human resources-related experience.
