Major Tasks and Responsibilities of Position     

1． To work closely with sales to achieve the commercial sales target regionally; 

2． Set up regional commercial network system and manage it within the instruction of head of commercial operation, ensure a fixed DSO day;

3． Assist the head of commercial operation in new staff hiring, current members managing, encouraging, culturing and exploring;

4． Make a good allocation of resources in the region in direction of head of commercial operation, collect competitors information and medicine related policies;

5． Communicate and coordinate with other departments;

6． Conduct the bidding affairs in the direction of head of commercial sales of the region;

7． Assist the head of commercial development in budget planning and control

8． Propose reasonable suggestions for commercial team development and recognize the culture, do it in the daily work.

Qualifications 

1.Bachelor degree or above; 

2. Good knowledge in medicine commercial field Good communication skill and better have the experience in team management; 

3.  Team spirit and good executive ability Leadership and managerial ability, honest Healthy, willing to work under pressure and full of challenge; 

4.  English and computer skills are also required Good at self-learning and training to upgrade the comprehensive qualifications have a certain professional knowledge.
