Key responsibilities for the position include:

- Working directly with the European headquarters, processing, confirming and tracking orders, following-up on production status, as well as coordinating shipments, deliveries and payments.

- Comfortable working on the phone contacting customers directly, assist in customer orders.

- Maintain and update customer relationship management database (SAP), input visit reports, customer information, etc.

- General responsibilities like answering phone, sending/faxing information to customers/vendors, translation, customer service, managing customer information requests (catalogs, samples, specifications, references), providing back up to all team members, arranging trips, etc.

We are looking for a Chinese national with the following qualifications:

- Very good command of English, spoken and written.

- Responsible and with a good dose of common sense.

- Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, setting and meeting deadlines, prioritizing workloads.

- Must exhibit good communication skills (written and oral).

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills in a professional business environment.

- Strong computer skills (PC, MS Word, Excel, Access)

- Comfortable working in a small, multi-cultural and multi-tasking oriented office environment.

- Willing to travel within on an occasional basis (Shanghai to Suzhou).
