Mission:

- You are a high potential and eager to take challenge to assisting the company's finance manager in managing the accounting activities within our retail companies;

- You lead an accounting team to fulfil accounting/ tax related tasks in our purchasing/ logistics/ E-commerce divisions;

- You select, train and motivate an accounting team;

- You ensure Group and local standards and accounting rules are observed and respected;

- You anticipate and manage risks for your activity;

- You ensure accounting, social and tax information is reliable and provided on time for your scope;

- You work on the monthly closing process, the pre-final and final audit process;

- You are actively involved with operational staff; you alert them about indicators for their activity;

- You recommend and implement action plans.

Profile:

- Practice or enjoy sports, like challenge;

- Majored in accounting or finance with at least 3 years traceable experiences as accounting team leader in a foreign invested company (retailing/logistic/ e-commerce experience will be a plus);

- Ambitious and know how to strive for excellence under pressure;

- Be the driven force, as you know how to take initiatives and like to take responsibilities;

- Excellent interpersonal skills and like team work;

- Fluent English.
