职位描述
1. Objective / Short summary of the range of the job
To provide administration support to the Department Head and team.
2. Main activities / tasks
(Please describe the main tasks/activities - including ones' responsibility and authority to decide -
necessary to reach the objective of the job.)
: General administration duties;
: Schedule appointments and coordinate arrangements for meetings, workshops and conferences;
: Arrange and coordinate the planning and organization of business trips, itineraries and tickets;
: Support in preparation of routine letters, reports an organizational memoranda;
: Budget admin & support role. Consolidate and monitoring cost of each project using software.
: Produce variety of reports & presentations using appropriate software;
: Close co-operation with headquarters on all business related matters;
: Conduct internet research when required;
: Take calls and relay messages when function leaders are travelling.
3. Requirements / Necessary qualifications:
Education requirements
: At least a diploma in Business or proven ability in a similar role.
Professional experience
: Experience working in a multinational company an advantage
: Secretarial experience an advantage;
: At least two years experience in similar capacity.
: Basic knowledge in accounting & experience in monitoring project costing preferred.
: Good IT skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Personal qualities
: Attention to detail
: Highly motivated
: A hands-on, systematic & independent staff with a high level of Initiative & is able to work with min. supervision.
: Excellent communication skills
Other requirement
Good in spoken and written English
