JD – Training Expert (Luxury Product Division)
(工作地点:南京西路)
Key Job Accountabilities:
Training Management:
1. To identify training needs and make annual training plan base on business strategy
2. To deliver high efficient product and brand training for sales team and assist on sales management, assisting to reach sales target.
3. To organize internal & external training courses and support in administration
4. To evaluate training result and monitor post-training action plans
5. Responsible in making new training tools and training plans
6. Help sharing of best practice and outstanding performance among China
Product training:
1. Create, improve & maintain product training materials according to marketing positioning and product strategy
2. Timely update brand training manual and spread to related colleagues
3. Continue to perfect training materials based on FC/MKT/PR feedbacks
4. Actively communicate with brand team to grasp new product knowledge
5. Strengthen internal product training to FC & PR colleagues
6. Write related product in-store training brochure to FC in accordance with marketing plan
7. Timely communicate with FC team to solve product training related issues in store
Administration:
1. Provide related training materials according to Sephora training requirements/calendar
2. Daily communication with Sephora to make sure all product information are accurate
3. Timely update FAB material to field coaching colleagues to ensure all product/promotion information are well communicated.
4. Consolidate and update monthly Field Coach Training schedules and other attachment calendars
5. Evaluate & analysis FC training results on a monthly basis
6. Other tasks assigned by line manager
Requirements:
ü 3-5 years' sales training experience, retail training experience is preferred;
ü Strong coordination, communication and interpersonal skills;
ü Demonstrated time management skills. Ability to organize schedules
ü High level of skill in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
ü Confident, energetic, independent and well organized
ü Good reading and Writing English skill
ü Honest, strong sense of responsibilities, work hard and able to work under pressure.
