一家外资办公家具生产加工企业

Antriol is a sheet metal and steel tube processing company, owned by The Dutch office furniture group Gispen. At Antriol we produce office furniture and shop interiors and semi finished goods, so beside the steel we purchase many plastics, aluminum, stainless steel and other accessory parts, to combine with our own production. For the R&D department we look for a mature engineer that can run individual his own projects.

Responsibility:
Developing a product from drawing/sketch till the finished product in a smoothly running production.
Managing drawers that will make the detail drawings and some administrational things

The work includes:
Setting up a development plan
Technical engineering the product
Making 3D module and sometimes technical drawings with 3D software (NX or Solid Works)
Making production drawings (supervising the drawers who are doing this))
Communication with suppliers for additional parts
Making the production plan for the production depart., This involves for example welding tools
Making cost calculations for Sales dept., by using metal use and production times
Making the BOM and implement articles in ERP system (partly supervising this work)
Guide the the first production run through production in cooperation with all prod. Dept.

For this function the following personal attitude is important:
Be a team player
Be very practical and technical
Is willing to give assistance to all the involved departments
Has the drive to get things done
Overtime should not be an issue

Necessary skills:
Experience with 3D soft ware like Siemens 3D UG, Inventor or Solid works
Speak and write reasonable English
Experience with organizing a project.
Some years engineering experience with processing sheet steel and/or tube, is very preferable.
Have a wide knowledge of materials.
