Purpose :

1. Work together with Visual Merchandising Manager to elaborate and implement the visual merchandising strategy for outlet channel in China to enhance the brand image;

2. Work closely with OTL manager to understand the business trend and setting the action plan on VM to support the business needs.

3. Training store staff for daily maintenance skill and knowledge;

4. Planning and follow up on all the OLT VM materials including windows and in-store signage / props.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Monthly stores support by products refreshment and updates.

2. In charge of store display, ensure all store image and request are controlled;

3. Support new store opening project in terms of visual merchandising task;

4. Prepare seasonal plan for printing materials and in stores props and mannequin;

5. Main stores window installation;

6. According to the business needs, arrange and design pop signage and follow up;

7. In charge of twice yearly visual merchandising training;

8. In charge and follow up of the Yoobic mission / training for OLT channel.

9. Pro-active to provide suggestions and solution to the stores in terms of VM display according to the VM guideline.

Main skills, competencies and knowledge required :

1.College diploma

2.5 years visual merchandising experience

3.Fluent in English, French is a plus;

4.Good communication and interpersonal skills;

5.Good at computer operation / drawing skill
