Area of Responsibilities:

1.    Hands-on  recruitment: including job briefing, searching, screening and interviewing candidates, to offering;

2.    Channel management: improve and carry out HR recruiting process, select the most effective recruiting channel for maximizing the advantage of human resources

3.    Understand external talent market movement and collect valuable information through interview or other legal channels;

4.    Data tracking: Set up data tracking mechanism and prepare monthly reports related to recruitment

Person Specification：

1.    Bachelor degree or above

2.    with Min. 3 years of experience of recruiting, manufacturing hiring preferred

3.    Very good communication skill

4.    Good interpersonal skill

5.    Well organized, structured and conceptual approach and analytical skills

6.    Strong sense of responsibility, results-orientated

7.    Fluent in English & Chinese writing & speaking

8.    Familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)
