Mission

Manage the demand and supply to meet business objectives, develop the operating plans to balance Sales/ Inventory/ Workload;

Responsibilities Time Components (%)

1. Coordinate with customer to negotiate the delivery plan and manage the planning change;

2. Coordinate operational teams to ensure OTD and balance Sales/ Inventory/ Workload;

3. Lead and Optimize enterprise S&OP process;

4. Supervise the production plan construction to meet the sales/inventory target with considering workload.

5. Supervise the Material plan to meet the production plan.

6. Lead and Optimize enterprise MPS;

7. Prepare the finance year sales budget.

Candidate Profile

Education/Training At least Bachelor degree, with knowledge of Supply Chain management, Demand/Planning Management, project management will be a plus

Professional Experience

1.At least 5 years working experience on the job of Supply Chain management, Demand/Planning management in a manufacturing circumstance

2.Experience of Material planning, production plan and inventory control

3. Experiences of ERP system
