Title of Position: HR Specialist

Job Purpose and Scope:

Key Responsibilities (Please list details):

1. Preparation of recruitment Adv. for applicant placement. Ensure that advertisement match with Company’ vacancy for required positions.

2. Update job descriptions and work with function dept for the designing of job description for new positions.

3. Receive and review incoming application forms including classification by position or department, screening and short-listing candidate profiles. Submit application forms to relevant personnel when required.

4. Coordinate with the recruiting agency for the competency requirements for the open positions, search target and other related info pertaining to the search.

5. Participate in job analysis for new positions. Associate designing interview guide, developing talent assessment tool and improving recruitment process.

6. Prepare recruitment status and present to HR Manager and related personnel when required.

7. Associate with HR Manager to widen channel for recruitment and develop stronger internal and external staffing channels to build a key talent pool.

8. Associate with HR Manager in reference and health check of applicant or selected candidate

9. Responsible for the timely submission of the monthly headcount related report reports (headcount numbers, employee turnover and new hire reports, etc.)

12. Prepare related HR reports as required

13. Responsible for updating personnel information and documents for operators

14. Other ad hoc HR job assigned from HR manager

Work Experience Requirements:

1. Positive attitude and able to take multi task;

2. Must have a wide range of contacts in the industry;

3. Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with good knowledge of PC application software

4. Excellent communication, negotiation and interview skills;

5. C&B experience is a plus.

Bachelor degree or above, 3+ years relevant work experience in recruiting

Workday system experience is a plus.

Motivated to take on broader responsibilities than current role.
