Major Responsibilities:
Project reponsibilies: insure the purchasing on time & in full of the parts for the projects assigned and realize interface between SCM department and project teams.Detailed responsibilities include but not limited to:
1.Work with Coordinator, launch purchase order to suppliers with right timing, quanitity and term;
2.Follow up PO to ensure On time Delivery, negociate with supplier for the urgent demands from the customer;
3.Timely maintain data (PO issue, PO invoice register, Committed Date update) in ERP system;
4.Purchase Order delivery information coordination and collection by assigned projects;
5.Procures materials and services according to production or project needs;
6.Inform project coordinator and production planner the material status till the parts ready at right time and right place with right quantity;
7.Timely payment settlement with supplier, submit invoice and payment request to finance in time, and maintain right record and filing in time;
8.Work with warehouse to set up smooth receiving process and solve supplier issues on receiving;
9.Integrity and Business trip is required

Requirements:
1.University degree in supply chain/ Scientific, techonology and so on;
2.1. At least 2 years' experience in purchasing or planning experience in industrial purchasing (especially as Project Buyer);
3.Good negotiation and communication skills with supplier;
4.Hardworking, serious and very organized;
5.Ability to work independently, self-motivated, disciplined and can work under high pressure;
6.Team player, strong sense of responsibility and ability to defend company interests;
7.Good computer skill (Excel, Word) and fluent in both written and oral English;
8.Scientific, technical knowledge (mechanic, electric...) is advantageous;
9.CET 4 or equivalent.
