职位描述
Job Responsibility
Major responsibilities but not limited to:
1.Technical support to process quality control
2.Properly handle customer complaints and returns
3.Failure analysis,define containment and effective preventive action against customers complaints and returns
4.Organize monthly continuous quality improvement meeting for major customers
5.On-time NCR issuance and on-time Quality report delivery
6.Continuous improvement for customer quality and COPQ reduction.
7.Reduce customers return ppm and NCR% to acceptable level.
8.Monitor customer NCR and internal NCR completion status and close them in time.
Work Experience Requirements
1.3 years or more experience of quality control in manufacturing field.
2.Bachelor degree majored in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering.
3.Exposure in customer quality management is a plus.
4.Familiar with Quality Management System such as ISO9001 and tools.
5.Fluent in English listening,speaking,reading and writing.
Education & Language Requirements
1.Bachelor degree,major in mechanical is preferred.
2.Fluent in oral and written English,master in office system.
