Inside Sales is one of our key sales channels and is consistently delivering top-line revenue from predominantly the small and medium size accounts by building a compelling value proposition and go-to-market strategy. As the Sales Manager in our South China Inside Sales team, you will be responsible for a portfolio of approximately 110-150 small and medium sized accounts.

Key Responsibilities

?Create new business opportunities, deliver and optimize volumes and revenues and retain highly-satisfied customers.
?Develop strong and long-term customer relationship, build loyalty so as to deliver/ achieve customer satisfaction survey targets.
?Drive campaigning to develop healthy sales pipeline, set clear and actionable account strategies for the team, develop innovative plans to achieve goals in line with the global sales strategy.
?Deploy clear objectives throughout the team linked to objectives and strategies.
?Drive performance culture and behaviour, implement global sales incentive programs, improve competencies through effective coaching; establish and review peer to peer coaching and conduct quality checks on development plans and coaching tools.
?Work closely with other team / channel managers to acquire, understand and facilitate best practice sharing and cross trade sales.
?Attract, recruit, retain and develop strong talents; build a high-performing sales team. Act as a role model and collaborate as a senior executive to promote company values and objectives.
?Ensure alignment with channels and strategy between teams, channels, functions, countries and region.


Who we are looking for

?Bachelor degree or above.
?Minimum 6 years’ work experience with at least 3 years in account management or sales leadership role. ?Solid working experience in solution-selling, ideally from shipping, transportation and logistics industries.
?Strategic mindset, sophisticated selling skills and highly analytical.
?Result-oriented, presentable coupling with excellent influencing and communication skills.
?Able to work under pressure.
?Fluent spoken and written English.
