职位描述
An HR assistant is to handle a variety of personnel related HR duties. The role is to act as the liaison between HR Supervisor and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. HR Assistant will also support the daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents.
An HR Assistant should be able to work autonomously and assist in more complex HR duties, like posting job ads, coordinating interviews and contacting candidates. Following the training sessions, an HR Assistant will also be able to assist HR Supervisor in the life cycle recruitment.
Duties and responsibilities工作职责:
Recruitment:
- Assisting all aspects of recruitment, including but are not limited to: Job ads posting, resume screening, interview arranging, contracts preparing, etc.
- In charge of the recruitment of interns/volunteers, including but are limited to collecting the applications, interviewing the candidates, contacting with the Universities, preparing internship/volunteer paperwork, etc.
On – boarding process
- Schedule on-boarding plan, including but are not limited to: prepare the welcome package, coordinate the reservation of the hotel ( for new employee), schedule the orientation training, schedule the Orientation Health Check, etc.
- Non – Criminal back ground check.
- Orientation training to new employee.
- Prepare the attendance card.
Employee exit Process
- Schedule employee exit plan, including but are not limited to: confirm the last work day with employee, collect the resignation letter ( form), complete the Employee Exit form, delete the attendance card.
Training
· Develop and implement internal training plan and related, such as orientation training, Ayi training, First Aid training ,etc.
Other HR task
· In charge of work visa process and related.
· Handle employee attendance, prepare monthly attendance records.
· Coordinate IT, ELG email and Sharepoint system.
· Update employee contact list.
· Overall HR support, including but are not limited to HR documents filing, assisting employee’s insurance claiming.
· Understand, abide by, and enforce all ELG policies and protocols, as outlined in the ELG Employee Handbook.
Work hours工作时间:
The typical working day is from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm , including 1 hour lunch time.
Minimum Requirements –(Pre-requisite job-related qualifications)
- Education: Minimum College Degree
- Specialized knowledge
- Professional certification
- Minimum 1 years of work experience in related field.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading and written English is necessary.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook, etc.)
Job specific skills
· HR license is preferable
