Responsibilities: ? Responsible for the SIOP horizon monthly supply plans for the products sold via the Distribution Center ?

Stock Transport Orders (STO) Management.

Owner of the Stock Requirements list for his/her materials: Makes sure that all Material Requirements Planning (MRP) elements in the list are relevant and accurate; Convert purchase requisitions to PO/STO’s (or planned orders, if “X” make or buy); Reviews MRP messages daily and takes action as required; Executes schedule changes in accordance to time fence policies (PO QTY, delivery date, etc.).

? Reviews and evaluates the monthly Distribution Requirement Planning Optimize DRP to ensure that inventory of stock products at multiple DC’s/ Warehouse are at the levels needed to satisfy customer demand – Insure supply/demand plans balance for Distribution Center.

? Make all material management decisions based on the SAP MRP data, not Excel based MRP

? Assess business network and make proposals to keep them running efficiently

? Drive root cause, corrective actions for areas not achieving SIOP metrics targets

? Participate in the establishment and execution of inventory targets for the Distribution Center

? Insure that the appropriate information is generated for the SIOP meeting cycle

? Support the SIOP Demand Planning Process

? Propose enhancements to the Supply Chain.

Monitors and documents the changes to the supply plan.

? Management, control and monitoring of planning data accuracy, to ensure high levels of systems integrity in SAP

? Run stock high/stock low reports and take actions based on the data

? Weekly OTTR Reporting with SAP BW and pbViews

? Single POC for Individual Sales Order questions: what secondary distribution network location to ship from to meet customer needs (when primary/preferred location unavailable).

? Notify Supply Chain Manager/Global Supply Planner of any issues projected by MRP (e.g. material not coming in as forecasted, demand coming in stronger than forecasted)

? Responsible for Material/Title transfer.

Required Qualifications: ·

3+ years experience in planning role in Electronic Material Industry ·

University Degree or Planning Certification · Supply chain background · Experience of software systems including SAP ERP ·

Familiar with continuous improvement and root cause analysis techniques ·

Adherence to SIOP concept · Excellent MRP, scheduling, capacity management and organizational skills. · Excellent analytical and judgment skills. Preferred Qualifications: ·

Good understanding of supply chains ·

Consensus builder · Team player with flexible attitude · Meets commitments to both external and internal customers, on time · Ability to work and communicate in a team environment. · High level of product, process and customer knowledge.
