The position is part of the Greater China Institutional Finance team reporting to the Head of Institutional Finance. As a business partner, you are going to be involved in providing financial support to the Marketing Team. This includes managing product portfolio, developing new product launches and mix improvement actions in order to drive sustainable, profitable growth.
【What You Will Do:】
?Act as finance business partner to Marketing teams managing all aspects of financial performance and analytics for assigned programs including sales, profitability, and capital. This includes also cross divisional coordination of the activities with other Functions, like Supply Chain and R&D
?Support Marketing team by consolidating global platform, program and solution data and providing insights and analytics on financial performance
?Build metrics, tools, reporting and presentations to show marketing portfolio performance. Oversee consistent, monthly financial reporting of these metrics. Provide key strategic financial support throughout the product lifecycle ranging from initial product innovation to on-going profitability assessments
?Support Marketing team expenses tracking and controlling activities (Actuals review/Forecast/Budgeting)
?Drive and support ad hoc and recurring financial analyses and other projects to drive gross margin improvements. This includes support for the annual Strategic Business Review and Planning processes

职位要求：
?5 years in financial planning & analysis and business support drive decision support and business initiative implementation
?University degree (or equivalent) in finance, accounting or business management. Professional qualification degree preferred but not necessary
?Strong, analytical and problem solving skills to organize and synthesize large amounts of data into meaningful analysis. Exceptional technical and Excel/Business Warehouse required. Skills with SAP would be a plus
?Communication skills and ability to align complex financial and performance information with a variety of audiences
?Proven experience in Business Partnering
?Team player attitude, ability to build and maintain relationships
