职位描述
职责:
Recruitment Management
1) Assist manager to determine recruitment target, and formulate and carry out recruitment plan according to the existing structure and business development demand.
2) Assist manager to complete job description.
3) Responsible for recruitment advertisement; select resume and organize interview; make background investigation; communicate wages and benefits; make offer letter.
4) Summarize recruitment issues and make proposals for optimizing recruitment procedure and process; assist manager to complete the recruitment analysis report.
5) Responsible for setting up company talents storage; manage resume and keep information confidential; follow and collect the trends of the same industry and attract talents.
6) Responsible for recruitment expenses application and reimbursement.
Employee Relationship Management
1) Responsible for staff information collection, checking and filing; coordinate with human resources service vender; complete the payment of social security and housing fund.
2) Responsible for on-board training and dismission interview.
3) Responsible for labor contract management.
4) Responsible for following probation and learn about employee’s growth in company; communicate and treat problems together.
5) Responsible for retirement management.
6) Coordinate and handle labor dispute.
7) Coordinate Employee Engagement Survey.
8) Assist manager for HR laws consulting.
Assist manager to improve human resources management through learning and collect information from benchmarking enterprise.
Assist manager to carry on the statistical analysis for HR data.
Assist manager to support ISO audit.
Assist manager to write and carry out company human resources policies and notice; feedback implementation status and provide improvement suggestion.
要求:
Bachelor degree or above, majored in HR Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 3 years’ human resources related work experience, headhunting experience is preferred.
Standard Mandarin and proficient in English.
Excellent time management skills; able to prioritize; self-directed and able to work without supervision.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at hand; energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
Familiar with national and local personnel policies, laws and regulations.
Quick thinking, strong communication skills, strong execution, good teamwork and high professionalism; careful, steady, patient, pragmatic, clear and logical, with strong ability to resist pressure and responsibility, strong confidentiality; work conscientiously and actively; good image.
An offerical certificate of personnel post qualification.
