Job description:

Conduct BAU work relating to 2nd level suspicious transaction review escalated from TJ Hub, including following up actions after external SAR made;

Assist Team Leader to evaluate changes to policies and procedures to ensure they are consistent with local law and regulation and reflect standards of ‘best practice’. Provide improvement proposals on existing SAR reporting procedure and follow-up actions, in order to streamline the process and mitigate the risk;

Handle transaction surveillance and name screening cases triggered by credit card transactions,

Deliver internal on-job training and provide daily advice to team members, to enhance their SAR filing awareness and skills;

Perform AML risk assessment on the new product from business

Assists the Team Leader in ensuring that the Bank and its subsidiaries operate in accordance with their legal and regulatory requirements, Group standards, and the Code of Conduct, so as to protect and enhance the reputation of the Bank.

Acts as AML Transaction Monitoring country centre of expertise, providing regulatory advice and recommendations on AML Transaction Monitoring issues.

Provides advice on the development of appropriate controls for the mitigation of AML risks.

Assist Team Leader in acting as the interface between the Bank and local regulators, government agencies and law enforcement on Anti-money Laundering transaction monitoring matters

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required

At least 2-years experience of money laundering investigation, prevention and management,, research methods, accounting and audit control based procedures, rules of evidence, and disciplinary procedures.

Knowledge of money laundering prevention techniques, legal and regulatory requirements in China.

Understanding the financial services industry along with a working knowledge of major products and practices.

Strong inter-personal skills, the ability to analyze complex situations and translate these into concise, objective written reports or presentations.
