职位：AP Accountant

工作地点：上海市南京西路1717号会德丰国际广场（2/7号线静安寺地铁站，出站即达）

如通过面试，合同和中智签订，长期岗位 表现ok可续约

上/下班时间：9:00-18:00（周一-周五）

工作描述/ Brief description of service:

主要负责中国区的第三方付款的审核支付及账务处理

Responsible for 3rd party and I/C payment activities for China, this includes payment for inventory purchase, service and fixed asset payment

Be familiar with Coupa system, which is used to support P2P process

Be able to receive, review, approve and process PO/Non PO or manual payment to 3rd party vendors and ensure 15 WD lead time is met for each payment

Take ownership for company 3rd party payment process, authorization matrix setup, PO system. Inspect any grant payment in accordance to local and corporate compliance policy

Understand the procedure of overseas service payment. Follow up on tax and contractual documentation with tax office when making overseas payment

Be sensitive in grant payment. Identify any issues before processing any actual payment. Communicate effectively with end user to resolve issues

Ensure accurate entry booking with correct amount, cost centre, object accounts, bank information. Lead AP month end close and account reconciliation. Further prepare monthly aging report.

Be responsible for I/C AR/AP reconciliation

Support SOX and annual audit internally and externally

Quick learner in ERP system as well as BPM and Coupa

技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:

Qualified Chartered Accountant preferred

At least 1 years of experience in AP financial accounting required

Having worked in dynamic multi-national environment preferred
