服务描述/ Brief description of service:

Responsible for accounts payable of China, Japan, Korea and Taiwan

- In charge of Tax related issues

- In charge of Fixed Assets Management

- Assist Senior Accounting Manager in ad-hoc tasks

. Main activities / responsibilities

- Responsible for accounts payable of China, Japan, Korea and Taiwan

* Prepare the accounting journals related to AP in Oracle;

* Monthly Journal transformation between Oracle and Local finance system

* Cross check the financial statements between Oracle and Local finance system to ensure local reports are correct and accurate

* Prepare monthly expenses accrual before closing

* Prepare staff monthly expense summary.

- In charge of Tax related issues

* Responsible for tax issues in Shanghai and all branches, including monthly BT & IIT declaration and quarterly CIT filing;

* Cross check the contract list from time on time and calculate stamp duty;

* Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation related to tax accounts;

* Attend various meetings and prepare documents requested by tax authorities;

* Update management on tax rules & regulations changes to make sure such rules & regulations are fully understood and complied with.

- In charge of Fixed Assets Management

* In charge of FA physical counting and file the related documents twice per annum;

* Manage the FA application request as per approved budget;

* In charge of FA disposal procedure.

- Other tasks assigned by Senior Accounting Manager from time to time

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:

- Bachelor degree with major in accounting or finance

- 3-5 years accounting experience

- Experience with Oracle system preferred

- High accountability and self-motivated

- Independent and result-oriented

- Good in English for both reading and writing

- Good team spirit and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline

- Good time management skills

薪资：税前7000左右
