服务描述/ Brief description of service:

Accounts payable ledger responsibility:

Check vendor payment including invoice amount, supporting documents and corresponding signature.

Check staff claim payment including invoice amount, expense purposes and be sure expense cost center is correctly

Record vender payable list.

Complete payment voucher and release the payment in the JDE.

Complete VAT verification.

Maintain the vendor information in the JDE.

DPO report and key vendor reconciliation.

Treasury responsibility

Cash pooling.

Time deposit if necessary.

Uploading payment instruction to the e-banking.

Manual instruction for overseas payment.

Complete Bank entry in JDE.

Maintain bank accounts.

Monthly Cash report and bank balance reconciliation.

Accounting admin work

Submit overseas payment withhold tax application to the tax bureau.

Ensures proper filing and storing of all AP and BK voucher documents.

Ensure all the bank receipt proper filing

Submit loan extension application to the SAFE and maintain loan accounts after repayment.

Performs any other duties as assigned by line manager.

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:

Associate degree in accounting / financing, hold “Accountant Certificate” (“会计上岗证);

Minimum 1 year operational experience in similar position, Retail Industry experience is a plus;

Requires strong attention to detail

Good team player with a positive outlook, can work under pressure

上/下班时间：9:00 ~ 18:00 or 9:30 ~ 18:30 弹性
