服务期限/Service period: 1年

服务描述/ Brief description of service:

1. Review and remind sales team to get approvals for bidding documents before bidding.

2. Review documents for order entry (Pricing approvals, payment approvals, quotation, contract approvals) and Prepare clean order packages according to SOP

3. Ensure smooth order-to-cash process: order entry, payment, shipment, installation acceptance

4. Ensure timely and effective coordination with sales, plants, warehouse logistics, finance for resolution on supply or payment so as to maximize monthly/quarterly sales revenue

5. Perform team work and good communications with internal/external customers

6. Ensure compliance in OTC process

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:

1. Minimum Diploma, preferably in life science.

2. Working/or practice experience in customer service function preferably in instrument industry.

3. Basic Knowledge in Foreign Trade business.

4. Basic knowledge in Oracle order management process.

5. Positive working attitude, strong customer service orientated and result driven.

6. Good written skills in Chinese and English.

7. A good team player

8.Good Microsoft office tool working skill Excellent numeracy skills

上/下班时间：周一至周五8:30-17：30（弹性浮动半小时）

薪资：税前7-8K，13薪
