服务描述/ Brief description of service:

Build and maintain after-sales KPI & Project framework and workflow.

Establish CS Planning management system and set up a check-up system

In charge of Dealer Monthly KPI evaluation, CS business Project follow-up and Dear-star Policy management

Build and leverage internal and external function to collect business intelligence and to inform strategy definition.

Give professional suggestions to solve the risk of project and improve operational efficiency continuously

Coordinate the CS planning process in full alignment with the Group strategic planning process (methodology, framework, timing, deliverables)

Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the CS planning process

Ability to analyze and interpret contractual, financial, technical and operational data; able to identify and interpret critical market trends.

Solid project management skills; able to plan, coordinate, execute and communicate actions within different project phases as project participants, or lead project to deliver expected out-comes within time/budget frame line as project leader

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:

Minimal 3 years working experience, incloud research/strategy/management consul-tancy planning, marketing, or financial analysis related positions experience

Proven communication, negotiating and influencing skills; must be able to interact cross functionally at all levels internally and externally.

Ability to plan, prioritize and organize in a high-pressure environment.

Self-starter, able to act independently; and strong team player, able to approach others and participate effectively in team work.

Fluent English both written and spoken

Computer literate: Microsoft Office including Access, MS Project and Sales/Marketing Tools.
