工资：税前12k-13k*12+2个月bonus（公司承担个人部分社保及公积金）+午餐+班车

服务描述：

Logistics

- Cooperate with sales department by collecting sales orders and make delivery schedule

- Cooperate with In/Out warehouse for inventory management

- arrange goods transfer between Internal and external warehouse

- check with in/out warehouse to ensure enough stock for sales

- communicate with in/out warehouse to prepare for delivery

- submit weekly & monthly inventory report to Supply Chain Manager

- Arrange transportation smoothly

- cooperate with logistics company to arrange the domestic transportation (truck or train)

- book vessel/flight for export timely

- follow up the transportation and communicate with customers

- Prepare for necessary documents for sales delivery such as COA, MOP certificate, picking list and send to customers

- Cooperate with banks for L/C case by collecting necessary documents and submit to the bank

Administration

- Supervise the daily work of guards and cleaning staff

- Books lunch boxes for all plant staff

- Purchase office stationery / consumables for Qingpu plant

- Ensure the daily operation of Qingpu plant

服务担当技能要求：

- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in Supply Chain or Administration;

- General Certificate of Education / College degree or above.

- Good English writing and oral communication skills;

- A reasonable knowledge of the importation, exportation, customs rules and regulations;

- Pack office software.

- Action skills: results orientation, priority management, organization, resource management, data processing, safety, autonomy.

- Interpersonal skills: good communication skills, negotiation, teamwork / networking, cooperation, customer care oriented, open minded.
