Purpose & Overall Relevance
for the Organization:

Accelerating
eCommerce is a key pillar of our overall 2020 strategy for China for both
adidas & Reebok. Our digital platforms and experiences play a vital role in
connecting our consumers with our products and brands across many different
touch points, as well performing the important role of selling directly to the
consumer.

The
ideal candidate will have knowledge to lead and manage to achieve operational
excellence for adidas eCommerce channels and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage
       return and cacellation KPIs and responsible for leading for change and
       improvement
• Manage
       the end to end order flow from order submission to delivery
• Responsible
       for leading investigation for improvement
• Monitor
       and manage order/return fulfillment performance
• Accountable
       for transaction and inventory reconciliation
• Key
       driver for business operation process excellence
• Lead vendor performance review and
       confirm review result with multiple stakeholders
• E-payment
       performance governance and risk management
• Supervise
       vendor management and platform operations

• TMALL/JD/OS platform team
• TP Vendors
• Other 3^rd party service providers
• IT
• SCM
• Legal
• Finance and
       Internal Control team

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Bachelor
  degree in Business, Finance, Operation, Computer Science or Engineering (or
  equivalent)

• eCommerce relevant experience over 8+ years

• People
  manager experience over 3+ years

• Strong
  business acumen

• Strong
       experience with order management
• Experience
       with fraud prevention and analysis
• Not
       need to be an IT expert but need to know key trend
• Extensive
       problem solving and analytical skills
• Project
       management experience is a must
• Ability
       to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines

• Highly
  developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to write
  clear and concise reports in both Chinese and English, to communicate complex
  concepts and results to interact effectively and efficiently across departments
  with various levels of management

• Fluent
       in English

adidas Sports (China) is adidas’ fully-owned subsidiary, of which the trade headquarters is in Shanghai. Moreover, there is a manufacturing plant in Su Zhou, and two facilities in Beijing and Guangzhou. Now, the operation in China has a presence in 27 provinces.
