Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

To assist the Retail HR in various recruitment activities to fulfil retail store recruitment target.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with RHR on recruitment channel management to hit recruitment target

- Manage the E-recruit system on timely basis to make ensure qualified applicants are selected

- Conduct initial interviews with short listed candidates and makes recommendations

- Selection Center onsite support and arrangement

- Analyze the effectiveness of recruitment result

- Maintain recruitment database

- Other ad hoc tasks resigned by Manager

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Good command of computer and Microsoft skills

- Organized and efficient

- Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit and high motivation

- Able to work independently and under pressure

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

- Minimum 1year recruitment related work experience, searching firm or retailing working experience will be an advantage;

- Understanding of the Retail/consumer goods industry

- Industry – Ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes

- College degree & above
