职位描述

Accountabilities

Pre-season buying plan:

  • Monitor and track seasonal timeline for SWC
  • Prepare the historical data (SI/SO/ST) & template
    to support buying team to complete Hindsighting for seasonal plan
  • Build seasonal OTB plan and brand mix per door
    according to balancing buying strategy, historical performance and OR’s
    practice
  • Support on seasonal buy template for buying team
    (framework, order, compliance check)
  • Responsible for order spilt & compliance check for
    SWC
  • Prepare for seasonal buy review

In-season report:

  • Provide weekly in-season performance report for SWC
  • Support on deck preparation for SWC monthly review
    meeting

Weekly Drop Plan Coordinating:

  • Monitor and track seasonal timeline for weekly drop
    plan preparation
  • Collect potential delay risk from SCM and share to OR
    and FRS buying team
  • Collect seasonal weekly drop plan from OR and share to
    FRS buying team
  • Consolidate FRS SWC weekly drop plan from FRS buying
    team
  • Monthly share the weekly drop plan to IST team
  • Weekly catch up with OR team, prepare for weekly
    updates list based on OR’s adjustment
  • Share the weekly updates for drop plan to IST team

Systems and Processes

  • Manage with RBI and I.T. on all retail database
    accuracy and on-time KPIs report delivery.
  • Manage with RBI on efficient back office system
    application and also the front line POS application

 Professional background / Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in merchandising planning
    function
  • Rigorous business analysis - understanding and
    interpreting data; putting data/analysis/tools in a structured,
    easy-to-use formats; and making recommendations that team can act upon
  • Prefer very good Excel modeling skills and ability to
    develop useful models/tools that can be rolled out to merchandising and
    retail teams
  • Prefer good presentation and PPT skills
  • Effective partnering, communication, and influencing
    skills (written and orally) –someone who can proactively communicate
    analysis/methodologies with functional partners and influence them to
    rethink and change their existing practices
  • Good understanding of retail business

Education

  • University Degree and aboveStrong PC skills

IT skills

  • High level knowledge and skills in Microsoft products
    and databases

Language skills

  • English
