About Business

Financial Advisory (FA) practice of Deloitte China provides strategic and financial advisory services to clients throughout all phases of the economic cycle. FA comprises several distinct but related global service lines whose shared principal objective is the creation and enhancement of shareholder and stakeholder value.

战略与财务顾问团队，主要从事战略咨询、财务顾问、规划及策划等咨询服务。服务包括企业战略，企业并购与投融资顾问服务，国企改革咨询服务，区域产业战略，区域及园区战略规划，区域政策研究，商业尽职调查及投资可行性研究等

主要职责包括：

· 执行项目的一个模块或承担项目的一部分范围，通常在项目经理的管理下。工作内容涉及广泛，并根据项目而不同，例如市场与产业研究、搭建预测模型、企业诊断、策略建议、财务分析等

· 作为成员同团队协作，完成赋予的项目任务，包括调研、分析、报告产出等

· 在计划的时间和团队资源下，高质量的完成工作任务

· 监督、指导和培训初级咨询顾问。同项目经理积极沟通，提出自己的观点和建议，并在团队中管理和负责分配的工作

· 参与同客户的日常沟通，包括参与同客户的讨论和汇报演示

· 支持业务发展和部门的管理工作

· 项目有不定时的出差

Qualification:

· 至少在以下三项领域中的一项有一定经验：

– 常规的企业发展战略及业务战略

– 国企改革类咨询（如国企混改、国企投融资等）

– 投资并购类的财务顾问或财务分析

· 拥有至少两年左右在咨询/投资分析/财务顾问/战规的职务经验

· 擅长分析，有敏锐的商业洞察力，商业常识和财务知识

· 中文母语水平，以及良好的商务中文写作能力；良好的英文读写能力

· 具备自我激励，愿意积极解决工作中的问题及适应压力

· 有良好职业素养，能够积极和团队合作

· 拥有至少本科或者研究生学位，MBA学位申请人可获优先考虑

· 有以下经验/能力的，申请人可获优先考虑

– 有金融行业战略咨询经验的

– 有良好企业/政府财务分析能力的

– 有地产类投资及战略策划经验的

– 有国企混改咨询服务经验的
