Job Description and Responsibility
Overall Purpose of the Role
? Will take on more responsibility when it comes to the security review on in-house developed applications, outsourced / 3rd party apps, which has alleviated some of the pressure put on the security team to secure all applications deployed within the firm.
? Will help specialists from other department / vendors to keep up with the SDLC (software development life cycle) best practices and make sure applications comply with Deloitte technology standards, guidelines as well as providing user interface (UI) direction to enable Deloitte-branded applications to deliver a modern and highly functional experience.
? Will involve in identifying the boundaries of a business process and understand the flow and uses of information. Develop use cases that will guide the design, development, and support of automating the process with workflow technology.
Accountabilities – Key Result Areas
This role will have leadership and operational responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, the following:
? Provide coding and application testing support at Chongqing Shared Service Center.

? Conduct daily application development activities and ensure prescribed deliverables (application code and documentation) meet required specifications and quality standards.

? Provide system development support service via Shared Service model to partners and employee of the firm at frontline offices.

? Liaise with business analysts and Service Management team based in front line offices to ensure required coordination and collaboration for quality code deliverables and data preparation for user acceptance test.
与 Business Analysts and Service Management 团队紧密合作，提供符合用户需求的高质量系统功能和协助进行UAT；
? Liaise with technology contractors and external service providers for product and component testing.
与外部技术服务提供商一起完成系统功能/组件的开发和测试。
Qualification:
Experience / Qualification Requirements
? Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
计算机相关专业本科毕业
? A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software development.
5年以上软件开发经验
? Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua.
有良好的英文听说读写能力，普通话标准；
Managerial Competencies
? Liaise with business analysts and Service Management team to conduct requirement analysis and system structure and module design. And translate to technical document for easy understanding of developers.
与BA协同工作，完成需求分析，总体方案设计；并将需求转化成技术文档，方便开发人员开发；
? Design system architecture based on Enterprise Architecture and user requirements

? Draft technical specification according to functional specification
