国内上市药企肿瘤项目组高级临床监察员

岗位职责：

1、负责按照公司的相关SOP进行临床研究项目的临床监查工作；

2、按照公司的SOP完成和临床监查工作相关的文件；

3、负责解决研究中心发生的与临床研究相关的问题；

4、根据临床试验项目的工作计划，保证临床试验项目按时完成进度计划；

5、负责监督临床试验中心和研究者，确保临床试验按照方案实施，确保临床试验数据完整、真实；

6、协调管理SMO公司的CRC,有需要时负责对CRC进行项目培训；

7、定期拜访临床专家、研究者，保持和项目各中心研究者的良好关系；
