 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare, execute and conclude the training plan regarding BA products and sales skills;          

• Enhance sales and product skills of BA and increase average number of orders for counters through execution of training content;

• Assist in onsite sales, alter and increase relevant training contents, enhance sales performance and help in quota realization;

• Design, establish and implement regional training scheme to assist in regional sales performance realization, increase single order quantity and amount of individual customer for counters within the region (eg: courses on one-to-many sales, treatment for allergic and objection); 

  
  

    

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

  

Education: Junior college or Bachelor

Work experience: 3 to 4 years of work experience related to sales and training

Skills: Skills on computer, writing, communication, conference and sales, product knowledge, skin care and makeup knowledge and skills, time management, organizing skills and emergency responsive capability

Talents: Layout designing, color arrangement, fashion trend, follow-up skills and instruction skills
