Responsibility：

1、 Understand client’s demand very well.全面了解客户需求；

2、 Work on the project management and communicate with client accordingly. Set down related project schedule to ensure the project can be delivered timely. 在项目管理过程中与客户进行有效沟通，制定项目进度表以确保每阶段按时交付；

3、 Supervise the quality of the design and insure to meet client’s demands. 监督并确保向客户提供高质量的设计；

4、 Attend the project meeting to report the newest project status. 参加与客户的碰头会议，进行阶段设计成果汇报；

5、 Communicate with clients frequently to maintain good relationship.经常与客户沟通，维持良好的合作关系；

6、 Cooperate with design team efficiently.协同设计团队高效地工作。

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in MEP field or relevant disciplines, masters an advantage. 学士以上学位，供热通风与空调，电气工程、给排水专业及相关专业，如建筑环境与设备工程等，硕士优先考虑；
2. Minimum 8+ years project management working experience on MEP field or equivalent combination of training and experience. 至少拥有8年在MEP领域的项目管理方面的经验或具有同等的培训与经验；

3. Strong skills needed in leading and mentoring others, time management and develop client relationships. 具有很强的领导能力、时间管理能力，维护与发展同客户的关系；
4. Be able to deeply understand the client’s demand; have strong communication and coordination skills.能深入理解客户的要求，有较强的沟通与协调能力；

5. Strong project management skills, and have proven track record on the safe, timely completion of previous projects in the construction industry. 优秀的项目组织与管理能力，有可靠的建筑行业的工作业绩表明能够安全、如期地完成以往的项目；

6. Proficiency in software AutoCAD, PDF, Powerpoint, etc. 熟练使用各种设计软件及办公软件，包括AutoCAD, PDF, Powerpoint等；

7. Well-organized, problem-solving oriented and can work under pressure. 做事有条理，勇于面对问题并积极寻求解决方案，能在压力下工作；
8. Excellent communication skills. 优秀的沟通能力；
9. Be able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English. 熟练的英文口语及书面表达能力；

10. Overseas working experience is preferred. 有海外工作背景尤佳。

Working Locations: based in SZ office and may travel to project sites if located outside of SZ. 工作地点：深圳，也会出差去项目所在地办公。
