Accountbilities：

1. Conduct competitive intelligence analysis per need;
2. Forge scientific hypothesis after conduct research landscape analyses; 
3. Generate executable and trackable research plan, define key success metrics;
4. Execution of the research plan both in a matrix environment and as an individual contributor;
5. Generate timely report on study progress, objectives and budgets;
6. Ensure data accuracy and high scientific integrity;
7. Adhere to the appropriate SOP and GxP guidelines if needed, and embrace a collaborative culture;
8. Present scientific findings and technology advances both internally and externally to a broad audience;

Qualifications:

1. PhD from a reputable institution with strong scientific background in a related scientific area such as immunology, bioengineering, pharmacology, pathology etc.;
2. Extensive research experience in at least 2-3 fields of the following research areas: cell culture, tumor animal model, bioinformatics, molecular biology, protein science, vaccine manufacturing, biomaterials, or bioengineering;
3. Deep understanding of at least 3-5 fields of the following research areas: cell culture, tumor animal model, bioinformatics, molecular biology, protein science, vaccine manufacturing, biomaterials, or bioengineering;
4. Strong critical thinking and analytical problem solving skills;
5. Proven records of excellence;
6. Detail oriented, well-organized and capable of managing time effectively;
7. Fluent in both written and spoken English;
8. Good interpersonal communication skills and good team-work spirit;
9. Post-doctoral training is not necessary but will be considered as a plus;
