职责描述：

? Collaborate with cross-functional business partners/stakeholders to understand the maketing department’s business objectives and translate them into communications strategies to drive product and service adoption/utilization.

? Define audience-specific marketing plans and tactics designed to drive key messages to internal audiences, cooperation partners.

? Research the best outreach method for each audience, and providing a justification for communication programs to reach each audience.

? Manage data pulls/requests and secure transfer of data to multiple areas, and campaign optimization based on data-driven insights.

? Managing the operation all Digital Transformation events from Microsoft customers, including scheduling, agenda forming, content building, speaker sourcing, on-site event management, tracking and reporting.

任职要求：

? Bachelor degree - discipline in Marketing/Communication/Public Relationship is preferred.

? 3 and more years related working experience.

? Demonstrated ability to create results from designing promotional programs and communication strategies.

? Experience creating marketing and promotional programs for service offerings/information products.

? Experience designing marketing campaigns for both business-to-business and business-to-consumer audiences

? Excellent project management and presentation skills

? Strong interpersonal skill.

? Advanced Written English (CET 6 above or equivalent).

? Advanced Microsoft Office Suite Skill.
