Responsibilities

Events

• Lead and develop national brand event calendar based on overall marketing goal to promote product and brand. The events include but not limit to brand event, PR media event, road-show, exhibition, etc.
• Develop the creative and requirements of brand event
• As project owner, effectively liaise and communicate with different function and department member to execute the event in the best cost-efficient way, making sure to deliver brand image and achieve the business goal.
• Manage all aspects of events: budget, logistics and design, staff, vendors, invoices, schedules and timelines, etc.
• Make the event evaluations.
• Take charge of PR & Media work of events.
• Be responsible for annual PR planning
• Responsible for media relationship maintenance
• Develop details of PR projects
• Produce China specific content in the form of press releases, interviews, Q&As, online content, event materials, etc.
• Create and develop news stories to secure further press coverage.
• In charge annual PR budgeting and tracking
• Aware of competitor activities and functions
• Manage PR agency and related 3rd parties

PR

• Minimum 5 years direct experience in managing events
• Must have deep understanding of event management
• Relevant FMCG industry experience or sports events experience is a plus
• Strategic thinking, result-oriented and can work under pressure
• Independent as a team leader and also a good team player
• Good internal and external communication and coordination skill
• Strong ability on writing
• Fluent English in both writing and speaking
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, good at project management, strong cross-function interpersonal skill
• Willing to travel
