职位描述
关键职责:
· 定期向总裁汇报工作情况
· 负责分公司的各项事务,管理销售工程师和安装工程师团队,协调生产,分销,客户各方面关系,主管分公司日常行政事务。
· 负责分公司的销售管理和业务开发。在当地寻找和开发商机,扩大销售路径,提高销售业绩和市场份额。
· 拟定销售预算,分公司发展计划,市场开发计划,推广活动,以达成销售目标
· 全面的了解霍曼产品技术,应用及优势
· 全面的了解竞争产品在市场中的各项信息趋势并做每月汇报
· 为地方贸易伙伴提供咨询和技术支持
· 制作销售月报,季报,年度预算表,客户来访表及定期预报材料。
岗位要求:
教育背景及专业知识
大学本科或等同学历水平,建筑或机械制造专业
相关经验
10年以上工作经验或在外企工作经验,5年以上建筑工作管理经验
语言能力
良好的英文口语及书面能力
其他要求
1. 较强的开拓市场,管理销售业务的能力;
2. 具备良好的交流沟通能力;
3. 具备良好的团队协作精神。
Key Responsibilities:
· Report to Managing Director on regular base.
· Responsible for all matters of the branch including managing a teamof sales engineers and installation engineers, interfacing manufacturing,customers and dealers, in charge of day-to-day operation and otheradministration works.
· Lead sales activities including salesmanagement, business development. Identify and develop business opportunitiesand expansion of sales channels in assigned geographical area and marketsegment(Location) to increasebusiness size and market share.
· Draw up sales budget and action plan for thedevelopment of the branch, Developmarketing plan and promotion activities to achieve sales targets.
· Develop and maintain a comprehensive technicalknowledge of H?rmann products, applications, features, advantages and benefits.
· Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledgeof the competitive products and their activities in the market place andprovide a report on a monthly basis.
· Provide consulting and technical support tolocal partners
· Prepare monthly and quarterly sales report,yearly budget, customer visit reports and regular forecast updates.
PositionQualification Requirement:
Education & Professional Background
Bachelor Degree or equivalent education level, major in construction ormechanical manufacturing.
Relevant Experience
10+ years’ work experience / Working experience of international companyand conditional orientation ability in foreign culture, at least 5 years salesmanagement experience on building materials.
Language Skills
Good English level in both oral and written.
Other Requirement
1. Strong ability to grow salesrevenue and to manage accounts receivable
2. Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills
