As our Digital Operations Specialist, you’ll be the key person who has access to the latest Nike product content publishing and campaigns through different platforms. You’ll be in charge of all of the products launch campaign operations. You’ll represent operations in digital launch to ensure all product launches are steady and smooth. You’ll offer system improvement alternatives to resolve communication, system, or development challenges. You’ll collaborate with merchandising, digital assets management, localization, digital brand and global operations teams to provide the most accurate settings to meet quality needs. You’ll analyze product launch assets readiness to anticipate and avoid issues.

DIGITAL SNKRS OPERATIONS SPECIALIST ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Be responsible for content authoring and system settings for cross-platform launch campaigns and NIKEPLUS membership offers.

- Be responsible for high-heat products launch campaign operations

- Track launch products status and send weekly report to cross-functional stakeholders

- Call out launch issues to related teams on a daily and weekly basis

- Own the operational process of launch campaigns and continuously find opportunities to improve the process.

- Support launch war room or command centers to ensure a smooth and successful launch

- Be the system expert and track system issue logs with global counterparts

Qualifications:

· Full-time Bachelor’s degree is preferred;

· Fluent English in spoken and written, CET6 is preferred;

· Experience in digital background or digital operations roles;

· Flexible, efficient, has experience in working with tight deadlines, prioritization skills, strong analytical skills and ability to multitask;

· Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office, Content Management System and Campaign Setting tools;

· Initiative and Proactive, being able to work independently and with related teams;

· Positive attitude;

· TP company working experience is a plus.
