POSITION SUMMARY

    

Ensure the supply of all products in such a way to capture the competitive advantages and better conditions of the industry, managing and leading the purchasing team.

    

    

    

RESPONSIBILITIES

    

V. PRINCIPAL TASKS

    

1) Implement company's policies, strategy and requirements to our team. To fulfill compliance, due diligence, etc.

    

2)  Response for regular order's operation, supervise and support subordinates in order to ship the goods according to the original schedule. Achieved on-time delivery for all purchase at least 95% rate, KPI, DPO, etc.

    

3)  Response and lead for new develop projects which assigned from intercompany, make sure to finish the development according to the schedule and reach the target include price/technical/quality/commercial term, etc.

    

4)  Execute suppliers chain and cost management, reach saving target (about 10% per FY). Annual purchase between USDM10 to USDM15

    

5)  Maintain, improve and develop the relationship with suppliers. Lead to sign contract/agreement with suppliers , yearly evaluation of suppliers.

    

6)  Manage and supervise subordinates performance of work.

    

7)  Tabulate and make all kinds of statistical analysis according to company's requirement, ensure data accuracy.  

    

8) Develop of raw material suppliers

    

    

    

    

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Electronic/electrical or machinery engineering (similar)
2. Have above 5 years related work experience, at least 3 years management experience. Techinical purchases or supply chain
3. Strong negotiation ability and communication skills
4. Work seriously and carefully, very good team relationship

                    

5)  Fluent in English speaking/listening/writing

    

6)  Integrity, leadership, proactive, focus on safety and compliance

    7)  SAP general knowledge (material module preferably)    

8)  Advance excel
