• Highly specialized in observing market dynamics and competition, Operational excellence in 4P marketing approaches
• Manage the entire digital MV product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. Define and implement product line short-term and long-term product strategies to optimize sales and profit.
• Offer strategic planning based on global and local landscape, define go-to-market strategy with offer creation, optimize related policies / actions / promotion tools
• BOC management to improve offer competitiveness to achieve growth target
• New offer ramp-up, launching and promotion efforts to contribute to growth
• Conduct competition analysis on overall market, specific segments and competitors/players
• Contribute critical offer strategy in critical bidding, channel and partnership, specification, commercial policies, sales performance;
• Efficiently support EBC BD /National Sales
• Promote IoT tech and application on current offer, provide digital solution based on OT from customer side
• Responsible for digital marketplace and customer event promotion

• Engineering (Electrical and Automation preferred) education background, Bachelor/Master
• Extensive background in marketing/BD/sales support, 3-5 working experience above
• Strong knowledge of power products and have solid electrical system knowledge
• Strategic thinking as critical competence, open mind to uncertainty
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to influence and work within a team environment to achieve goals
• Qualified English both speak and write ,fluent oral English mandatory and good computer skill
• Prefer candidates who are highly resourceful, possess an intellectual curiosity, a desire to investigate, and will take initiative to complete difficult assignments with limited resources
• Willing to Travel frequently and fast learning ability
