服务地点/Address: 上海市静安区南京西路688号恒基广场
上/下班时间:周一至周五 9:00-18:00
要求:本科,3年以上经验,英语口语流利

服务描述/ Brief description of service:
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES (Assistant Program Logistics Manager/Manager)
A.Pre-Program Operation:
1.Coordinating the supply chain flow to ensure project timelines are met with program marketing requirements
2.Work with Marketing and Supply Chain team to prepare POS and promotional products for programs
3.Support Logistic Manager to set up logistic/ warehousing protocol for programs, such as transportation model, routing, warehouse usage selection and cost control
B.Specialized Client Support for Program Execution:
1.Support Operation team on Client stock allocations
2.Planning and managing the entire client delivery and prepare required documents (as stated in the SOP)
3.Closely elaborate with OPS/ Account Management team / Logistics / Supply Chain team and 3PL to enhance delivery efficiency
4.Communicate with clients (especially their logistic, SCM and warehousing) to facilitate the delivery and return process
5.Executing the import/ export process, trade compliance, customs regulations, CIQ and documentation in China
6.Logistical/supply chain problem solving
7.Participate in OPS/ Sales/ Account team’s client re-projections and RE-forecasting for program to support on stock allocation
8.Work on SAP in and outbound delivery transaction
9.Work on POS materials delivery for the programs
10.Handle customer service hotline
11.Consolidate customer complaint and reservation records
C.Post Program Management:
1.Managing the client return process & clean-up
2.Program evaluation on Logistic in close contact with OPS/ Account Management team / Logistics / Supply Chain Team and 3PL. Analyze logistical issues and together provide solutions for future programs
3.Work on Ad-hoc projects assigned by management
服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:
1.Degree in Supply Chain Management or related
2.5+ years of experience in international logistics and supply chain: warehouse, planning, sea, air and road freight, 3PL, national delivery
3.Experience in working in MNC, can cope with a multi cultures working environment.
4.Very good understanding of standard office software (MS Office)
5.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (verbal and written) and good spoken Mandarin and written Chinese
6.Strong time-management skills with ability to multi task;
7.Problem solving skills with ability to anticipate to changing circumstances;, identify and solve problems
8.Excellent Coordination skills with good attention to detail;
9.Experience of SAP systems is an advantage
