长沙招聘

1、负责公司线上天猫、京东、微店等直营店铺和电信、银行等积分兑换平台的产品编辑整理、上传发布、上架下架等日常更新与维护；

2、查询、导出和整理后台订单，与库房人员对接，进行订单货品的发货安排、发货通知短信的发出及售后咨询和问题解决；

3、每日、周、月监控平台兑换品种和数量、物流配送和客户反馈等相关数据的统计分析，与公司相关部门和平台运营商的日常对账及结算。

4、定期进行客服和运营数据整理，总结归纳客户常见问题，进行客户需求分析，配合线上运营经理进行销售管理和营销方案的制定和实施。

5、平台日常运营所需其它执行及配合工作。

任职要求：

1、 1-2年工作经验，英语良好、有天猫国际经验优先;

2、 处事细心稳重，较强的观察力和应变能力，良好的判断力和沟通能力;

3、 思维敏捷反应快，做事有条理、有效率，有一定的抗压能力;

4、 有快速消费品行业工作经验优先;

5、 工作积极主动，仔细认真.
