职位描述

What you will do:


  1. The Strategic Account Sales Manager role is directly responsible for generating revenue growth through the sale of Johnson Controls solutions and professional services in China transportation industry include airport, metro, railway, highway and port etc. This is a customer facing role that requires self-motivated individuals with excellent business, industry, and sales knowledge.
  2. The incumbent will drive consultative discussion to position Johnson Controls solutions and services with our customers, to grow our business. He/she will manage assigned territory and accounts, collaborating with account resources from geography sales team and marketing team, to maximize revenue growth and deepen our relationships with customers.


How you will do it:

  1. Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly/annual sales quota and ideal pipeline for solutions and services in assigned territory.
  2. Effectively manage customer relations through regular customer visits.
  3. Leverage Johnson Control BWSI (Building Wide System Integration) methodologies to advance and close deals.
  4. Articulate solution business value to customers. Coordinate Johnson Controls functional groups to develop and present customer financial benefit assessments.
  5. Gather market information from multiple sources, to analyze competition and consumer/market trends.
  6. Works cross-functionally to optimize results.
  7. Demonstrate understanding of the customer's business priorities and initiatives. Discuss relevant trends and priorities integrating industry knowledge and solution knowledge.
  8. Position Johnson Controls capabilities in customer terms with passion and enthusiasm.
  9. Effectively negotiate consistent with Johnson Contorts’ overall strategy and business interests.
  10. Exhibit knowledge of industry value chains, business performance, key trends, and investment drivers.
  11. Demonstrate effective selling and presentation techniques to influence the customer.
  12. Develop clear and well-articulated account strategy and plan including white-space analysis and awareness plans.
  13. Perform periodic review of opportunity plans with extended team (marketing, territory sales, vertical market).
  14. Manage day-to-day sales process, coordinate account meetings, and effectively use marketing and territory sales resources.
  15. Understanding of and execution against expected performance metrics.
  16. Timely and accurate input of required data into the SalesForce.com.
  17. Accurate and timely completion of all reports and forecasts.
  18. Compliance with Johnson Controls’ policies and procedures at all times.


What we look for:

Required:

  1. Bachelor degree in Engineering.
  2. Minimum 5 years solution selling experience in transportation industry.
  3. Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience, with a proven sales track record.
  4. Familiarity with HVAC, building automation system, security system. An ELV experience is advantageous.
  5. Able to interact/sell effectively and comfortably with C-Suite executives, with consultative/ execution relationship building selling skill.
  6. Able to commute regularly for domestic business travel (up to 70%).
