工作职责：

· Work together with Global Network Team and application leads to support the HMI network environment.

· Responsible for all network infrastructure devices, including routers, switches, wireless access points, firewalls, load-balancers

· Continuously monitor, control and improve the performance of the network systems

· Provide support in a 24x7 global environment, by working with team members in a “follow the sun” support structure

· Work with IT managers and application leads to design networks to meet the business needs

· Provide network security insight

任职资格：

· Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Support local and global network infrastructure, consisting of solutions from Fortinet, HP/Aruba, Cisco, and other vendors

2) Configuration, administration, monitoring, & support of network infrastructure devices, including routers, switches, wireless access points, firewalls, load-balancers

3) Provide effective internal customer service and willingness to perform support, even under stressful circumstances

4) Project management involving network services and security related projects

5) Tracking work activities in time reporting system

6) Managing support incidents in ITIL-based incident management system

7) Develop network documentation, including diagrams, standards & procedures

8) Proficiency around installation and configuration of complex, high-performance network systems.

9) Follow agreed standards when configuring and designing network devices

10) Take initiatives to introduce technology in order to help business processes and improve efficiencies

11) Participate in regular training to stay up to date with latest technology and application releases

12) Willingness to collaborate and communicate with global IT teams

13) Must be willing and able to work extended hours on occasion, as well as respond to critical issues during non-business hours

· Physical Demands:

1) Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear.

2) Travel regionally and globally

3) Cope with stressful situations and pressure

· Qualifications：

1) Education: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science or closely related field or comparable apprenticeship

2) Certification: Certifications relevant to area of responsibilities (e.g. Fortinet, HPE, CCNP, CCNA)

3) Experience:

a. Worked min 8 years in IT (I.E Support)

b. Worked min 4 years as IT Network Engineer, with increasing levels of responsibility over that time

c. Strong understanding on IP-based networks, Internet technologies, subnetting, routing protocols, & complex network design

d. Worked for an IT consultant company is a plus
