1. 负责前台接待工作及电话转接;

2. 文档管理、会议管理、快件管理、文具购买和保管等，严格执行公司的规范；
3. 确保办公室设施完好运作，及时安排报修；

4. 有效协助财务部门处理项目员工费用报销审核；
5. 配合做好其它辅助工作。

Key Responsibilities
1. Reception responsibilities, being the first to greet the customers and visitors.
2. Meeting room arrange; Arrange courier; Book and keep the stationery; Internal documents management and work according to standards;
3. Ensure office facility is in good condition, arrange the repairmen in time;
4. Assist finance to handle projects staff expenses claim effectively;
5. Other tasks required by Operation Dep.
