1. Check qualification for BP company

2. Prepare Distributor Agreement based on the business requirements

3. Maintain BP database, and E-Archive System

4. Coordinate with regional sales regarding to BP oprational topics

5. Communicate with BP for company information delivery, eg: QT & Compliance policy update

6. Maintain CRM price system, release CRM price to authorized BP

7. Cooperate with regional sales/BA for initial payment collection or initial payment/DP refund issue

8. Release SHARE Dashboard data and Funnel RBR to Region colleagues weekly, improve regional SHARE data quality

9. Support BP BA for BP performance measurement

10. Support Marketing department to organize BP meeting

11. Support compliance/Legal/Audit review

12. Coach new colleague or intern

13. Support for others tasks assigned by the cross function and management

This position may suit you best, if building learning organizations is your expertise and you have extensive experience with Top Management Learning and Leadership Development

- Bachelor degree or above

- At least 5 years working experience in operation functions

- Good command of MS Office, especially in Excel and PPT for data analysis and sales report

- Highly verbal and written communication skills in mandarin as well as good command of English

- Good communication and interpersonal skill

- Eager to learn, self-driven, detail oriented, proactive
