1. 接听潜在供应商来电，询问并记录信息。
Pick up potential supplier calls, inquire and record the information."
"2. 接听供应商投诉和问讯电话，协调部门员工或其他相关部门处理相关事宜。
Pick up complaint and inquiring calls, coodinate with deparment staff or other related department to handle."
"3. 定期进行客户经销商电话回访，记录并制作相关报告。
Make regular survey and report of client dealers."
"4. 部门内部的人事行政事宜，如：每周定期邮寄、物品申请发放、工作场合维护、员工绩效考核等。
Internal administration work such as weekly mailing, goods application and sending, work area maintenance, staff evaluation and exam etc."
"5. 录入并更新供应商数据库，保证呼叫中心在所有时刻得到最新信息。
Load and update the providers database so that call center has updated data at all times."
