Experience & Background Skills Required:5+ years automotive industry experience, preferably both manufacturing and retail experience Professional Sales and Marketing skills. Strong project management skills. Strong interpersonal skills including presentation, PPT making, note-taking and writing meeting minutes and memos. Good sense of sales and marketing, ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines Management and supervision experience. Team Spirit: Should have a sense of belonging to a team. A sense of unity and of experience exchanging as well as support on each other within the team. Other Requirements: All communication and contacts with clients is English. Excellent English skills (both verbal and written) is a must. Excellent communication skills Self motivated, pro-active, responsible and enthusiastic Hard-working.

主要工作职责：根据客户的行动计划来撰写相关报告并及时传报给客户。按照客户要求在规定的时间节点内安排、执行、跟踪、并完成任务。协调公司与客户之间的各种问题，以维护持续良好的客户关系，促进延保销售工作的顺利发展。具有良好的吃苦耐劳精神实现汽车延保团队的销售目标，对于经销商的销售队伍实施培训指导并追踪他们的销售流程以确保其销售业绩的不断提升。针对客户的需求提供及时的反馈，包括：相关文件资料的准备和方案计划书以及需要的过程中的不断更新与补充积极主动的工作并有足够的处理客户关系和进行客户沟通交流的能力工作经验和专业。
