职位描述

Essential Functions

  • OCP Purchasing and Supplier Management for Retail BL products
  • Drive supplier on productivity by negotiation & QVE & Lean to achieve best competitiveness from day one till end-of-life
  • Optimize supply chain and logistics terms & conditions, including MOQ and lead time
  • Set up and negotiate for supplier contract
  • Develop and manage the best-in class suppliers and sourcing strategy SOC
  • Take purchasing leadership for BL OCP projects
  • Push ODM and co-development with suppliers and early supplier involvement
  • Deliver the Purchasing activities as per BLLMP, manage the cost commitment, on time deliveries and Supplier Management
  • Lead and drive supplier evaluation in SAM audit and development
  • Identify new technologies required for new designs.
  • Understand product design/function to guide design options to best supplier
  • Provide local market intelligence and align w/ project requirements to build an efficient sourcing strategie

Education & Experience & Behaviour

  • Bachelor degree
  • Minimum 5 years purchasing experience in Multinational corporation
  • Experienced & independent leader in ODM/OEM purchasing
  • Rich project purchasing and supplier management experience and knowledge
  • Cross cultural awareness
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Good at IT tools
  • Leadership skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Right attitude and behavior, transparency, Accountability and reliability, fast response, high efficiency, work hard and smart under pressure
