Summary of Client:

Reporting Lines:

Report to: General Manager of Jiangmen Branch

Subordinates: 2

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and implement all HR functions according to dealership policies to achieve smooth business operation and high employee satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

1. College diploma, preferable with special focus on HR management;
2. Minimum 8 years working experience in HR management with at least 4 years at supervisory level, including recruitment, compensation, HR operation and employee relation;
3. Good mastery of statutory and local lab laws or regulations;
4. Experience in the high-end brand retail industry or multi-national company is preferred;
5. Good command of English;
6. Strong communication, interpersonal, organization and coaching skills;
7. Familiar with MS Office software like Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
